TGR5 mRNA expression. A. TGR5 mRNA was significantly decreased in clear cell RCC (N = 5, un-paired t test), when compared with normal renal tissue. The data suggest that decreased TGR5 protein expression may be due to downregulation of TGR5 mRNA in clear cell RCC. B. TGR5 mRNA expression in papillary RCCs, chromophobe RCCs and oncocytomas reveal no significant differences from normal renal tissue (N = 3–5, ANOVA)
